Is the first consultation free?
Yes — a 15-minute discovery call costs nothing and carries no obligation. It's there so we can both work out whether the project is a fit.

Do you carry out the construction work yourselves?
No. M&Z is a design and coordination studio, not a general contractor. Plumbing and electrical work is carried out by licensed, insured independent trade professionals, and we coordinate them against the approved drawings.
What does “Luxury Design. Smarter Project Costs.” actually mean?
Beautiful, high-end design doesn’t have to come with excessive renovation costs. M&Z Design combines thoughtful design, practical construction planning, and smart sourcing to create elevated spaces while keeping the overall project budget in mind.
We source new materials, fixtures and décor through trusted vendors, trade opportunities, outlets and carefully selected marketplace listings — helping clients access quality products at more competitive prices.

What do I actually receive?
A documented drawing set: floor plan with dimensions, cabinetry and vanity elevations, fixture, sink, mirror and lighting details, plus written notes and a materials schedule — so your trades quote from the same drawing you approved.

Can I commission one of the original pieces on its own?
Yes. The sculptural originals — the illuminated vessels, the branch towel holder, the seating concepts — can be commissioned directly, with or without a wider design project. Each can be finished with the brushed-gold M&Z maker's plaque.
Are the images on this site finished projects?
They are design visualizations and original concepts, and every image is labelled as such in the portfolio. We'd rather show you clearly what something is than let a render pass for a photograph.
